initiate contact. We believe that if you want to speak to us you will get in touch and we think that’s fair. In the
meantime please use the guide below to help you work out how much you may release.
Simply choose your age, work out exactly how much equity you have (by deducting any mortgages or secured loans
you have from the value of your home) and see the example based on each £100,000 of equity. The simplest way is to
grab a calculator, divide the equity in your home by 100 and then
multiply by the % against your age from the table below.
